Probably a dumb question, but I'd rather be safe than sorry.
During the day, I know that there are certain times when I'm in areas with little or no service for an extended period of time, and that tends to kill the battery.
Recently, everytime I've entered this kind of area, I turn airplane mode on for a couple hours, then turn it back off when I know I'll have service again. Uses practically no battery during this time.
Is this fine to be doing? There aren't any repercussions to constantly putting my phone in and out of airplane mode, right? Because it's a lot more convenient than turning it on and off...
