The G1 is Gettign Cheap!

I've said it before, I'll say it again

Always check resellerratings BEFORE you buy!

Letstalk - 2.5/10

Edit: Definitely do NOT order from this company. As posted on resellerratings:
Take time to read the BBB online information about this company (it does business under the name Continental Promotion Group, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ). They have an astounding number of complaints filed against them.

I find the negative feedback regarding letstalk interesting... personally I've never purchased anything from them due to the fact I typically get the best deals on my phones directly from my carrier. I will say this though, I used to consult for T-Mobile a bit in IT and we had to build a phone activation platform between T-Mobile and Letstalk. If letstalk was that "un-reputable" I can't imagine why T-Mobile would have built that activation portal...

If you look at their ratings and feedback, you can see that they have a current customer rateing of 2.5 out of 10, and the average rating is very close to 8... I think that alone says that there is a real problem. I read through 86 feedbacks from customers ... and I got a good sense that this company doesn't value customer care .. They are most likely are doing a numbers game and thinking that we are not worried about return business ... just get a cheap price and get the sales volume and not worry about quality.

I think they could very well have a good link between their sales and submissions to TMO and other carriers ... and that is where they make their money ... Carriers are interested in the sales from whatever third-party source and are probably not having $$$$ exchange/ non-payment from this vendor..

I know if I see a sellor on ebay with less than 98% rating I am going to question whether I deal with them and will study their feedback ... or see if EBay and that vendor have a guarannteed satisfaction ... So if I equate their rating as 25% I say to myself, "that there is a 3 in 4 chance that I am not going to be happy about some aspect to my transaction with this vendor."

If you get a great price and you slip through as the lucky 1 of 4 then your toss of the dice was OK ... but this is not a chance or odds that most people would be willing to make ...

IMHO ... but I dont say this to discourage anyone from bringing deals the find to this forum ... but "Buyer Beware"
