Hello,
I just recently found out my charger was also a modem usb cord thingie. I tried to connect it to the computer but it said it didn't work so I downloaded the LG Outlook Sync program but that didn't work at all... I don't even know where it is.
Now when I plug my phone in a bubble pops up saying "New hardware found" and what not but now when I double click it nothing happens, then the icon and bubble disappear after about 5 seconds.

Can anyone help me? All I want to do is transfer my pictures from my phone onto my computer.

Oh and could you please put the steps in layman terms?

1st make sure that in your settings for the "sd card, usb mass storage"
that Mass Storage IS checked.

Then when you plug in your phone with the usb cable you should get a notification message for mounting the sd card which you will say yes.

You will be ready to navigate thru your sd card using your windows explorer. :)

Okay I did that but now that I am viewing them how do I save them onto my computer?

it happenned to me a few times where I didn't get any notification to mount the sd card.

Go to your settings for sd card,usb mass storage while your phone is plugged to your computer and if the option for mass storage IS checked uncheck it and recheck it again. it should pop the notification.

You can also make sure that is Settings>> Application>> developpement;
That usb debugging is also NOT checked.
