First samsung moment commercial!

If they start advertising this phone, and more more users start to buy it... they're going to be inundated by support tickets if they don't get a patch out soon. They certainly won't be able to ignore the issues or just swap out handsets for people that complain about battery/gps/bluetooth/airplane mode problems.

Here's hoping!

Yeah. Last thing you want are the masses complaining to sprint about battery issues and such and create a lot of bad press and a lot of returns.
Ya.. sprint has removed hero from those adds and put the moment.. you sure it was a curve and not a tour tho?
I am hoping this is a sign that they have a patch coming out soon for the moment

Took sprint long enough to final put it in a add, but they should have mad it more focused like the Instinct adds they did, and the focus should've been on the Moment. But at least they've started in the right direction.

Thats how all their ads are now though; shortly before i upgraded i was talking to a sprint rep and she said they really dont see that many of any single phone back for repairs with their current lineup. so it makes sense to advertise more than one phone in the ads, also remember it IS a sprint ad.

for a while though it felt hopeless, with both sprint and HTC advertising the hero ><

I doubt samsung will advertise the moment, they seem concentrated on the behold II (understandably, its android + their personilization)

EDIT: also, watching sprint CES thing, calliendo even mentions the moment

Samsung isn't even advertising the behold II that much.. They are more focused on their winmo line and upcoming BADA line.. they see much higher returns on winmo platform, dumb"smart" phones and their soon bada line then they do on android (as of right now that is) so they are not sure if android will be in their future until they have some more feedback
