Multiple birthdays to one contact?

If you go to Gmail in your desktop browser and view your contacts, you can add other dates, including "custom", which lets you specify a name for the field. You could add dates for "Son's Birthday" or something similar. I don't know of a way to do this on an Android device though.

Thanks UncleMike
Yea that's works but doesn't import into the phone.

Or is the only way to do this is thru a Birthday Widget or the Calendar

Hi All.

I've recently purchased a HTC Desire HD, and i'm wondering is it
possible to add multiple birthdays into one contact.
For such things a friend children, or other people associated with that contact. ...

I sync all of my contacts with Outlook and one thing I discovered with that was that it was much easier to separate out all contacts. For example, I used to have, say, 'Mr and Mrs John Smith'. They would share the same address and landline phone BUT have separate mobile numbers and it became a pain to sort through the contact details to get the correct mobile for the person I wanted (partly because when I did this I was using a 'bog standard' Nokia non-smart phone so tricky to see which little icon popped up beside the number). When their kids got mobile it becomes impossible. Separating them out makes life so much easier.
