I own an HTC Thunderbolt, but I am forced to switch to AT&T. I am able to buy an unlock code for my phone, will I be able to unlock it and it run on AT&T? I would like it to run 3G or better. If you have any info, please let me know. THANKS!!

The thunderbolt does have a sim card so I think it would work on att if it were unlocked?
Thunderbolt COULD work for Sprint if they allowed you to swap between. Neither Sprint nor Verizon allow you to take each other's phones to the other network. Sucks, But it is what it is.
I wish it was more like the UK over here in the US. Over there everyone operates on GSM and you can unlock just about any device and use it on most carriers. It sucks so bad that there are two different techs here in the US, and CDMA phones don't use SIM cards.
I'm on Verizon at the moment, but I'm switching over to T-Mobile because I'll be moving to Canada within the next few months and my DX on Verizon won't work on Canada's GSM network. I wish they'd do away with CDMA down here in the US.
An EVO 3D on Verizon. Good lord that would be awesome.

Verizon started an open network policy several years ago allowing you to activate a non-verizon ESN on their network. You just need to speak to the right person on getting it added to the network. Its difficult but It is allowed and can be done.
