WHERE THE HECK IS THE MICRO SDCARD BEING UPDATED TO WORK!!!!!!! All that other CRAP is nice, BUT WE WANT TO USE OUR MICRO SD SLOT. I would also like a higher throughput using 802.11 N 5ghz. Should be greater than 72mbps (since I have the Netgear 4000 N750) I should see at least 200-300 mbps. I can get 130mbps on my laptop using 2.4ghz.

This update SUCKS as is, Hopefully there's more. Come on Moto/Google, LISTEN TO YOUR PAYING (HIGH PAYING) CUSTOMERS. I am not to thrilled with this update:mad::mad::mad:.BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO

At least with Bluetooth support I can use my new TurtleBeach PX5 to listen to Music and Watch Movies on my Xoom. Still not thrilled thou.

I would also like to print straight from web-sites or my e-mail like I could on my iPad 2 (I sure do miss that function). Being able to print to my Wireless Printer via my Network IS an Amazing feat, especially when you miss it (After doing it with my iPad 2 effortlessly). Printing Wirelessly needs to be a TOP Priority at Google. This SHOULD all be done without adding an App or 3rd party software as Apple included it in their device.

With all due respect printing wirelessly may be a TOP priority for you but it's not even on my list of priorities. This is the fundamental challenge of software developers... balancing their huge list of potential updates with the needs of their customers, the wants of their marketing department, and the reality that they're limited by the budgetary constraints placed on them by management.

Um, you couldn't print from the iPad when it was originally released either. Just sayin'

It doesn't excuse it but people are so quick to forget little things like that.

UMMMMMMMM, the iPad 2 has AirPrint from day one. I know, I had one. I don't care about the OG iPad. I compare the Xoom to the iPad 2 because that's it's main competitor when it launched.

LTMFR, did I say iPad2? Is this, the Xoom2? This is Motorola's first crack at it. If they already had a tablet and supply chain out there, it better be able to a build me an island, turn into a jet and fly me to it.

Again, it doesn't excuse poor performance but get some perspective here.

Well, for Christ's sake get an iPad2 before you give yourself a tumor. Refuse to consider first generation of a supply chain if you want and assume that everyone's priorities should be what yours are... Let's see how far you get with that.

I can't believe Xoom owners DON'T want the ability to print Wirelessly while on their Home Networks. This is a single main point that the iPad 2 and ANY Laptop Has. I guess to each their own.

I am starting to believe more and more that this device is a Half Baked and as very nice conceived unit (on paper or chalkboard) but was pushed thru too early just to compete with the iPad 2 before it was fully cooked.

This is the MAIN issue with electronic devices today. They get pushed out before they are ready just to make money and shareholders happy, while we, the consumers, are stuck with half baked devices waiting, hoping & praying that a Promised update will come along and start to make said device function as it was supposed to out of the box in the 1st place.

To the companies we are called Rubes or SUCKERS. Before when Nintendo released a product (such as the DS) I did not have to wait Months for an update to get sent out so the unit would function like it is supposed to out of the box. Unreal. We are truly Chumps. End/Rant Sorry.

Now I know the iDevices have their issues as well, I am NOT just picking on Android. This is a commentary on the electronic conglomerates as a whole.

It does not matter if it's the Xoom 2. Motorola/Google decided to release a product to compete with the iPad 2 and as such are missing some fundamental /key components. Being able to print from our Xoom's should NOT be that hard of a feat to accomplish. Now I know we have things that the iPad 2 will NEVER have (Flash, Expandable Memory, USB for Drag & Drop).

I am just tired of hearing the excuses of why the Xoom does not do this or that. If that's the case, maybe they should not have charged a Premium Price for the unit. When you charge as much as they did, your device will be under a microscope a little bit more.
