Help Resize wallpaper to fit my screen?

How do i resize my wallpaper on my screen? I want it to fit all on one screen, not on multiple screens. I been trying to figure it out but i just couldn't get it. I know there are some wallpaper resizer apps on the android market but it still doesn't seem to fit my screen. I just want one vertical picture. No scrolling wallpaper.

You could try the Wallpaper Wizidrii app. It won't necessarily let you fit the entire image on one screen, you will probably have to crop the sides,since most wallpapers are meant to fit across all the screens, but if you set it with the "crop no scroll" setting, it should get you close to what you want. You can always play around with the options til you get what you like. Note that i embraced the scrolling a while ago and thus haven't used the app in a while, but I'm pretty sure it hasn't changed much.

The best (free) way to do what you want is to use MultiPicture Live Wallpaper with an image sized at 320wx480h. It will give you the option of using one image for all screens that doesn't scroll.

I heard that this app was live wallpaper and it drains your battery but, i will try it out.

I just took a 320x480 pic and centered it inside a 640x480 blank pic. Set it to no scroll and it works fine.

Actually i read the reviews on the market. A lot of people said it drains your battery.

I spent most of a day trying to do the same thing you're asking LNMoton & getting really annoyed. (There's a thread about it here somewhere). I found a template for sizing & made all sorts of different sized graphics & never could get it to work. Came close, but not quite right. So, I tried MultiPicture, which did work, but I was also concerned about battery drain. Don't know how bad of a drain it might be - I noticed a little more drain, I think - but didn't try it for long. I just see no reason to run live wallpapers if I don't need or want to...

Soooo.... I moved onto other things for a bit & installed my alternate launcher, Launcher Pro, & ended up accidentally figuring out the wallpaper thing in the process. Hehe. LP has an option to disable wallpaper scrolling, which works perfectly. All you have to do is check a box in preferences. So, if you happen to use, or want to try an alternate launcher, you might consider that. I'm not sure if other launchers have that option or not, but LP does & does other useful things as well. Just a thought.

Not recently. Of the first 84 comments I just checked, a grand total of 2 complained about this. Even if I missed two or three more, this doesn't appear to be a concern for most.

And if you don't want an alternative launcher,you can disable scrolling with or without cropping the pic with the free Wallpaper Wizidrii app... no i don't work for them but the app was a lifesaver before i went to Go Launcher

GET MultiPicture Live Wallpaper!!!

This is my fax app believe it or not cause I like looking at pictures and take a lot of screen caps (or use the Photobucket right click to auto upload to my PB accct) around the net and this will allow you to put a different picture on each screen if you want and even have one of your phones screen point to a folder on your phone and every time you double tap it it changes the pic.

You will find the medium crop probably most useful to show the entire picture and then set the same pic across each of your 5 screens or better yet use different pics on each screen like me.

I decided not to use that because I'm not using it for live wallpaper. I found wallpaper wizardrii and it seems to do what want it to do.
