Help Recover a deleted photo from phone?

Hey

I had taken photo a while ago with my x10, however i have deleted from the DCIM folder and would like it back.

Is their anyway i can recover this photo back?

Nope, its gone forever.

You can use a program such as Recover My Files Data Recovery Software to Undelete Files; Disk recovery; Recover Deleted Files to scan the SD card. Ive recovered files on my old computer back to 2004 so I know it works. If it was saved to the phone it may indeed be gone.

just had a look at my phone, and ive lost loads of pics, i think this was when phone unlocked itself..gunna have a bash with this to get em back.

wait how did you do this. because i also have a virgin mobile android and i need to recover some pictures i accidentally deleted.

Did you download to phone or download to computer and attach to phone?

Best way to recover pictures is to turn off the phone and remove the SD card. Put it in a computer and then run the recovery right on a computer with the SD card in it.

If you plan on recovering anything off an SD card...then don't let anything write to it.....take it out of the phone and put it in a computer once you have recovery software installed and ready to go.

I put the sd card into my pc using a reader then ran the software mentioned in the first post. Once again to confirm, it definitely works.

one more thing i want to add is don't try to save the recovered pictures to that same memory card i.e choose the location other than that card. i successfully recovered my pictures using memory card recovery

That download thing didnt help me, it said files currupted so copy file and didnt download the recovery thing!! Ive lost like 2000 photos and 30 videos!! Most were prep and coursework related for my sixth form! Please help!!!! Thanks x x

If you have lost your pictures, immediately remove the SDCard from your computer and put it into a computer with a media reader.

I have not tried that app he suggested

I love this company....but haven't tried this app.

I have done recoveries on hard drives and disks and tapes and sdcards, but it usually takes me at least 2 apps to find the right program.

Maybe give this a go too.

But do not do this from your phone....definitely use a computer with a SDCard reader.
