Think I'm rooted, but stuck trying to get Fresh

I have searched high and low for an answer for this road block.

I think I have rooted my phone with pre kitchen 0.2

I made the nandroid backup and saved to my pc

I am now trying to add the Fresh Rom and am stuck on this step:

Step 12: Now, copy the fresh.zip file to root of your sdcard; meaning DO NOT place it inside any folder of the sdcard. Once the file is done copying, unmount, and turn off your phone.

When I try to put the fresh zip file onto the sd card, I get the following message

When you plug your phone in to your pc drop down the notification bar and cllick on mount. Now go through My Computer and choose the drive your phone is connected to and open the folder, this should be your sd card now take the .zip file and move it into the folder. Now Unmount your phone and turn it off then boot into recovery and run the .zip file.

I have read every root thread twice but still sometimes spend hours looking for simple things. In this case I was confused by the "unmount option" in settings.

Believe it or not, not everybody is a geek and instead of telling me to read the book, just move onto somebody you deem worthy.

And to the guys who took a few seconds to help me out, I am enjoying my Freshly rooted phone now and I really appreciate your help.
