Help Touch screen not working

So I noticed the other day while playing Words With Friends that I couldn't move the two left tiles onto the board, and today noticed that when I try to tap on the "7" in the dialer, it does not register. Basically, the lower left hand corner of my touch screen no longer functions. Anyone else having this problem? If so, any ideas for a fix? I'm up for a new phone in August, so ideally I can hang on with this thing for a couple more months.

My entire touch screen is not working. Today, all of a sudden, it just went completely blank. I tried to do the hard reset - but no go. Sometimes it'll suddenly appear, but when I press it, the screen goes blank again. I can receive calls and I can theoretically make them, but since I can't actually SEE the screen then I'm not sure that's entirely possible. I put my screen settings on the brightest possible and it's still doing it. I'm not sure why it's acting like this. Can anyone tell me why it's doing this or how to fix it?? Please help, someone!

Well, if a hard reset did not solve the problem, my best guess is that it is a hardware problem. Try taking it into Verizon Wireless to see if they can fix it.
