The invite still stands as priority access as soon as they re-open invitees being able to create accounts. It seems they've been slammed with new accounts today. Not surprising

Also, while this is a very nice gesture by the OP, I don't know if I personally feel comfortable giving my Gmail address to a stranger online. But if you feel comfortable, go for it!
