Network Plans / Pricing question

I can't make sense of all these network plans!

I am currently a Verizon customer on a plan with 700 minutes and unlimited text. We pay around $100-something a month for the two phones we have with Verizon.

My contract expires in about three or four weeks and I want to get a Nexus One. I am looking for minimal minutes, unlimited text, and unlimited data. How much is that going to cost me per month on VZW, T-mo, or Edge? (The second phone gets minimal usage, so I can make it prepaid if I have to.)

Me and my wife are currently with att. we are on the 550 min month shared family plan, added unlimited data for me, no data for her, unlimited family texting and pay around 85 per month. I have an N1 and she has a samsung whatever. I did have the iphone plan with them but switched to the N1 and got off that crazy iPhone plan, they tried to put me on a 30 per month "smart phone plan" as they called it, but i said F that, gave them an IMEI from an old phone and had them set up unlimited data on my phone, put the sim in my N1 and no problems. Did this prior with the iphone but their "snooper" system can tell if you are using an iPhone, the N1 shows as an unrecognized device so save yourself 20 per month and go that route.
