Nothing but goodness from that chat! Nice to have some solid confirmation for this week, even though I love my EVO, I'm ready for the true "successor"

The Girl at the local Radio shack was pretty clueless about the Photo being released. She had to check their computer, and it did not show any on order.

Looks like I will have to go to the next bigger town and check in with BestBuy or the Sprint store on Sunday...

I am glad to see they are confirming the Photon's release for this weekend.

I also saw that they are releasing the Gingerbread update for the Moto Atrix which seems to be the closest sibling to the Photon. My guess is that the Atrix update will be very close operationally to the Photon.

Went to Best Buy last night...they had no info in system regarding the release. Had no info on the Photon whatsoever. Go figure.

Did you go the Best Buy Wireless Counter? Since they have pictures and release information in their new Magazine, seems odd that they aren't more "versed" on the product ..

The only thing that Best Buy Mobile employees are well versed in is that Invisible Shields and Otterbox Defenders are the greatest products ever.

same thing i have been running into around dallas.. no one knows anything and there is nothing in the computer. Sprint seems to be the only place.

I am going to check best buy again friday
