Looking 4 specific app. a way to take pics and files items for later

I know, you are saying to yourself. Um, dude, it's called the camera.

But my wife and I drink a lot of wine and like to try different kinds. The problem is we never remember what we liked from our last trip to the store the next time we go (and not always because of a wine hazy). So what I am looking for is an app that I can use to take a picture of teh label, write notes about the wine and why we liked it and then easily reformat and file it so the next time we go, it will be easy to bring up the pic and say "I want that"

I know, it can be down with the camera, but I am looking for something designed specifically for this.
