There are no OverClocking kernels for the Galaxy Mini but i think there will be one Well, atleast i haven't got any news. If you find something fell free to post it here

I found a new custom ROM well it's not much of a ROM. Just a few modifications. It's called Vanilla ROM found here :

[ROM] [Samsung GT-S5570] Vanilla ROM S5570XWKC1 (Froyo) + Added Features - xda-developers

And seems to have OC.

NOTE : This is a Froyo ROM. If you have Gingerbread and want this ROM. First you HAVE to flash back to froyo and follow those instructions

that is for froyo, i have not tried it. wait for a week and oc will be available for cm7 n andro-id both based on 2.3

Yep roofrider is right that's for froyo. But yeah be patience and an OC kernel will show up for CM7 and i hope for Andro - ID

Nope these themes are only for Andro - ID v3.0 . Someone in there tried didn't work for him. And the original poster of that thread confirmed that these themes are ONLY for Andro - ID

And i have a question to you guys : I want to start a blog. And talk about my personal life, linux, android and other fun stuff. What do you think? Should i start it? Any opinions are acceptable, even the most bad comment i will appreciate

please dont try that buddy, beleive it or you will end up in a situation where the phone will be continuously restarting after showing the boot animation like me.
Had to install the whole ROM again.

I recommend vanilla rom over andro-id 3.2 although if that suits your need then its O.K.

wifi problem, plz help me
i can connect to my wifi when I reboot the router. At first attempt.

if I then disconnect and try to reconnect I can't do it (error: not in range) until I reboot the router again!!

You are using Vanilla ROM right? Or something else? And have you tried turning your wifi on and off?

griffin2 with the SMS thing. I think that more than three pages of the SMS isn't allowed in any phone. Maybe with some aditional software it would be posible. And i'm sorry but i don't have a gio so i can't help but try this :

1. Open your dialer and type this : *#*#526#*#*

2. Then you should see that says Wlan Enginnering mode. And it says drivers loading. After it says drivers loaded you can go back to your home screen and try connecting then

NOTE : This works on mini don't know if this works on gio but try. And it doesn't work on some custom ROM's like CyanogenMOD

Sorry for not being online these few days i was on holiday. So big news guys and kinda sad :

1. OverClocking kernels for CyanogenMOD 7 and Andro - ID are out !!!

2. The newest CWM will be uploaded in a short time.

3. The newest CM7 is out !!!!!!!

4. And these releases are probably the last releases of custom ROM and OC kernels from tj the guys who gave us these kernels and ROMs . Unless someone else would like to continue the projects but well. No one has the skills or knowledge or even will. So let's hope the best

Yes my OC kernel works. I chose 844 mhz overclocking kernel and set it to 825mhz. I tried 900mhz but it rebooted again and again. Tried 844mhz still rebooted but i had time to change the maz cpu frequency to 825mhz. And now i'm running ok. 825mhz is running stable on my device

i got 79.0 FPS from Neocore.

Here are my pics of Quadrant , AnTuTu bechmarking results :

2. Even the CWM requires gingerbread.

3. And don't flash the OC kernel after install CM7. Use the CyanogenMOD for a minute and then flash the OC kernel. I recommend the 806mhz kernel. I use a higher one but this one works for almost everyone By The Way : Be ready because you may need to do the wipe data thing. That will erase all your programs. And will restore your settings to the defaults

Thanks NETAS.... I have found offcourse with your help three ROM viz.. ANDRO-ID 3.2, Cyanogenmod7 (the one you have mnentioned here) and Vanilla ROM by Parasmi..... before flashing anyone please suggest which is best.... and which one you are using and happy with..... pleasesssss
