Accessories my battery idea

You've all seen the evo/touch pro 2 battery swap. After I saw it I did a little research. OEM HTC Touch Pro 2 (CDMA) Verizon Extended Battery - eBay (item 310229048973 end time Jul-23-10 10:37:37 PDT)
This is what I came up with, a oem 2150 extended battery for 30 bucks, its basically the same one that Verizon is selling for the incredible for 80$. I ordered it today and the only problem ill have is the battery door. My solution is to use the innocase 2 or a silicone skin without the battery door. I might even cut my stock door in half right below the camera opening so if I use the innocase it will look stock from the back. The reason for all this is really like my innocase 2 so I don't want the 3500 and the 1750 really doesn't do much. I'll post some pics as soon as it gets here.

Is logical, took off back cover and put on the innocase. There's enough space in between the stock battery and the case. It's gonna be pretty snug but as long as it works I'm good. Also the innocase is flexible so hopefully I can squeeze it around the battery, and i did mention the silicone case also. I KNOW that will go on just fine.

Seriously?

My battery meter goes down 20% just from rebooting. I'm running 2.3 now also...

Why is there such a big difference?

You may have a bad battery.

I use these and get excellent battery life, plus I have a spare waiting if I don't have time to charge. I'm also using CM7 and tiamat kernel with Juice Defender.
