So, you come on here to tell us that. How about posting the tracking number. I don't even know how it was shipped (UPS, USPS, Fed ex). Am I getting the tracking info??

Nothing to update. He still has our money and neither of us have anything to show for it. So far we've been "told" the phone has shipped and a refund is on the way however nothing has been done or received at this time. I don't even have tracking yet.

I second the ban!! Pretty messed up that he has our money and we have nothing. I'm supposed to get the phone tomorrow, according to him. I'm not getting my hopes up. At this point I don't even want his phone. I want my money back!!!!!

What was the person's name you shipped it to? Who is getting a refund and when? Me and houseofgrafx both paid for the phone so figure out whats happening and update soon.

Yea. I know. Im sorry for the parties involved. I sold my X last week and i said "cheapest like new X on this site" and ppl linked me over here. Basically saying i needed to match his price....just frustrating for me as another legit seller. I had to compete with a member who has not yet successfuly came through....

A few days before I purchased sx4dude2013's DROID X (which was just like new), I offered to buy the DROID X from the OP for his asking price, no quibbles. All he had to do was state unequivocally that his DX had a clean ESN and give me the MEID number. I needed this just in case there was a problem with activating his DX, I would be able to successfully file a claim via PayPal.

Because he didn't respond (within a reasonable time) other than ask if I was still interested, I cancelled my offer, explained on this thread why, and was soundly criticized. My rationalization was that if he didn't (wouldn't or couldn't) provide this data, there was no reason to trust that he would fulfill his end of the sale after I paid him.

I sure hope the two guys who actually paid this "jerk" get their money back.

In fact, it would be more appropriate for you to refund first before anything else. This you can control.
