Kingmax flaunts world's first 64GB microSD card -- Engadget
According to the thread above, Kingmax has made a micro SD card that carries 64GB.
I remember when I first got my Evo back in October reading the reviews and specs and seeing that it only supported up to 32GB of external memory.
Needless to say, I'm running out of room on my 16GB card and wanted to upgrade to a 32GB but why when I could get a 64GB card?
In the thread, there's a debate with one side saying current phones can't read SDXC but others are saying that it is a file type which can be changed to match the specs of current phones...so I guess my question is, which side is right?
This article is about 2 months old so I thought maybe people might know now. And I added this in the Evo 4G forum instead of general Android as I wanted to know mostly for my phone so I could buy it and use it when it becomes available.
