How to enable debugging mode? Now it is greyed out. Ok when not connected via usb I can enable/disable debug. When connected via usb it is greyed out. I never see the bug icon on notification bar. Is this something new?

Debug mode should be grayed out when connected to the USB.
To get it to show it in the notification bar, I had to put the phone into Internet Connection mode once - after that the USB debugging came up automatically.
