how much memory 16GB or 32GB?

Maybe on all carriers but Verizon, the Verizon starting point for high end lte phones now start at 299. Hopefully it isn't the case for this phone.

Charge and Bionic have 32Gb memory (internal and sd combined) at 299. So based on that I guess 32Gb Nexus will be 299 and 16Gb Nexus will be 199 on verizon. iPhone4S is similar to this on verizon.

Question: if i were to upgrade my line, do I have to pay the tiered pricing? even if I was grandfathered in? Ive been out of the phone buying game for a while.

The only way you'll lose unlimited data is by changing your plan in any way. Whether it be adding more minutes to a family share or removing data from a line. Upgrading your device, either by using an available upgrade or buying off contract will not affect your plan.

With the 16gb you will have about 10gb and the 32gb you will have about 24gb for apps and media. Europe is only getting the 16gb version...... Do they have data caps there too? Cloud will be the main media source for that version.

Which version will VZW get?

I'd think they'd offer both, keyword think. That way the people who are used to owning/wanting a fruit phone will think this is a comparable device lol

I'm not sure that adding minutes to a family plan changes your data status. My family plan was recently upgraded in minutes, big talkers over here, and my unlimited data, or the 4 other lines unltd data hasn't changed. FWIR
EXISTING CUSTOMERS- That current have the unlimited data WILL BE ABLE TO UPGRADE AND KEEP the unlimited data feature (No known end date on this as of this moment)---From a VZW email.

I think it is only new lines that are affected.

I'm just curious how many people are moving to "the cloud" and relying less on internal storage? Me personally, I stream music using Rdio, and don't keep enough videos on my phone to make a big dent. there is no way that you can fill that much space with apps either (and if you do, then do some periodic cleanup for heavens sake!). The cloud and digital streaming is clearly the future, how many people are moving away from maintaining files on their phones..... Oh, and I cannot wait to go from my thunderbolt to the Nexus!

You could be right. I just remember when all this went down back in July Droid Life or another blog saying that as long as you kept your plan exactly the same as it was prior to the "tears" that you'd be fine. If you changed it at all you would no longer have a "grandfathered plan" because you changed it
