As suggested by NoNameFace, I decided to create a thread devoted to themes created specifically for the much loved BACKside ROM. Here is a list of the current (as of the 11/01 bulid) themes so far:

Note: The themes on this list should be updated for the current BACKside build, but some theme-er's probably work faster than others when a new build comes out, so double check the build before you flash. Make sure you are using a theme that was made for the build you are using

Corsair by Brotherswing Get Corsair here

GM Blue by benslgdroid Get GM Blue here

Transparent by djthebogan Get Transparent theme here

RYGtheme by djthebogan Get RYG theme here

CoolBlue by djthebogan Get CoolBlue here
Darker version (request) Get the Darker Version here

Think Pink by sadielynn Get ThinkPink here

RedHead by sadielynn Get RedHead here

MintyFresh by sadielynn Get MintyFresh here

Theme Reverter Flash this to return to stock theme. Get the Reverter here

Statusbar Transparency Mod Flash this if you are using a Theme Chooser theme that has a transparent statusbar to get the transparency to show. Get the mod here
How to apply a theme:
Download theme to your SD card (you may want to set up a folder titled "themes" or similar to avoid mixing up theme .zip's with ROMs and whatnot)

Boot into recovery

Backup better safe than sorry

Optional step: wipe cache & dalvik cache some say do, some say don't. If you have wiped caches before with no ill effects, I would wipe, if wiping caches gives you issues, skip it.

Choose "Install zip from SDcard"

Choose <name of theme>.zip *if you created a folder as suggested above, choose your folder, then the theme zip

Reboot

Enjoy :)

If I missed a theme, please let me know so I can add it to the list! I just did a quick scan of the past posts in the BACKside thread, so if I missed someone's theme, I apologize. If someone wants to post a list of themes for older BACKside builds, feel free (or PM me the links and I can add them to this post)

Hopefully, we can get everyone posting their new themes in this thread so everything will be in one place and easier to find :D

Boot into recovery

Wipe Cache & Dalvik Cache *I have installed themes with out doing this, since wiping caches seems to mess up my Link2SD setup, but YMMV. I suggest wiping if at all possible.

Choose "Install zip from SDcard"

Choose <name of theme>.zip *if you created a folder as suggested above, choose your folder, then the theme zip

Reboot

Enjoy
I have never been able to apply a theme this way. Every time I wipe the cache and dalvik and then apply a theme I have to restore my backup. Are you sure about these instructions? And step #2 should be backup.

all i need to do to flash themes is wipe the caches and flash it and reboot, haven't had a problem yet and i've probably flashed 20themes.
On my two OVs I have never had wiping caches work. They both get to the IHO screen then reboot to the LG screen a couple times before finally getting stuck on the IHO screen. I flash the theme, never wipe anything.

Hmm, all the instructions I've ever read say to wipe 1st. You are right about step 2,.I will edit.
The only times I have had issues with wiping caches has been since I started using link2sd. Before that, I would wipe both caches at least once a week, usually to fix market 'insufficient space on device' issues, and I never had a problem

You missed my most popular but it was buried lol. I couldn't find it at first but I've now updated it with new links. Also make sure they know to get the theme based on there current build. When a new build comes out make sure to rebuild your theme because they use files unique to the build and can cause problems not having the right build.

Here's the one you missed, the blues:

She updated so it went to the post specifically so all they have to do is keep the post updated and new posts can be put here and she can still link to the one post in the main post.

Even so, there's a new CyanogenMod Themers group that was just created over at DeviantArt, for those who wish to submit their themes. :D

You are correct there. I've been looking around trying to learn about making my own theme (I want the GreenMachine theme, but all blue. Everything else identical). And everywhere says wipe cache/dalvik first. But on both mine and my wife's Optimuses doing so they never booted past the IHO splash. So I've always skipped that step.

I've skipped that step the last couple of times myself, since it seems to do really bad things if you use link2sd. (tried it once, didn't lock up at the IHO screen, but once it booted, EVERYTHING on my phone threw up force close errors all at once). I've had no ill effects with not wiping, but I included the step (now as optional) since it seems to be the norm. *shrug* whatever works.

I did not create this theme, but I thought I should bring it to everyone's attention. There is an ICS theme available for us Optimus users.

( Port ) ICS MDPI Theme for theme chooser CM7 + Lockscreen - xda-developers

I used the launcher pro icons and my blues theme and came up with this:

New Theme: RedHead

Get it here: RedHead

I'm not real happy with the divider lines. They turned out way to extreme (they are everywhere!). I may redo this without them. Let me know what you guys think.

Also, if you use the center clock, it turns white. Not sure why it won't stay red.

It has to do with the coding for the center clock, UOT kitchen doesn't recognize it, so therefore it can't color it, which is why Jerry is working on an option to change the color of the center clock, and it would be a neat feature as well ;)

After flashing a few of the themes above and a few others I always have the same problem. My lock screen is crammed and the bubbles overlap each other. Normally they are 2-3mm apart. Is this a common issue or unique to me? I've tried clearing no cache, and wiping cache and dalvik. The result is always the same. Pic of what I'm talking about below

Hmm...I have no idea. I have never used pattern unlock, so I've never seen this before. Rebooting after you flash the theme doesn't help?
