The account info doesn't load for me on my phone, heard it occasionally does for some people, I'd love that app tho.

The main problem is the android ignorance.


Edit: An official orange source has let me know that they are looking to develop it for "other platforms", and gonna do some digging regarding an android version..

As has been mentioned it's a UK network. They do this pretty cool special offer called 'Orange Wednesdays' You basically get two cinema tickets for the price of one every Wednesday if you're on Orange. It's very popular over here.

That's rubbish, just 'coz they get the iphone they push it. I remember seeing iphone stuff on their website well before orange were given it. And some of theor staff dont even know what android is.

Regarding the orange bookmark if it didn't show you the info go to orangeworld home then click you account again. Sometimes you just need to refresh it, sometimes its actually not available

Was on the phone to Orange last night and was promised a call back. Did they call. No. Now if id been having problems with an iPhone I bet the whole company would have called. Same problem last week Friday was promised a call - didn't get one


And now they release apps for iphone when they have had and been selling android for longer.

Another thing... is the iphone on orange branded like the orange Hero having logo and other crap on it ?

Doesn't mean I have to like it. I get better support from this forum then I do from Orange.

Im currently in the hate orange phase of my contract. Not calling back twice and stuff like this, their support not knowing what android is . not knowing how to use the phone. I'm sticking with android but next phone may not be on orange

Our plan is to Cover all major phones that can run an "App"; yes this applies to other Apps we have on the go.

It looks great, like the iPhone, but with an android twist, expect it to work on all Android devices.

"Unlimited" (500meg or whatever it is at the moment) or "UNLIMITED" (fair usage) or some other variation on a theme of "not really unlimited but infact really limited to some random number we think we can get away with until our customers relaise and start to leave again"

The sad thing is, you actually believe this to be true..

(Obviously these stats come from before the new range of HTC phones got into peoples hands, so it's likely that Android is already ahead, looking at the projected growth).

Sorry, +1 Iphone is waaay more popular than Android. Those are Admob statistics not general market share.

Besides Admob were trying to merge with Google last month so you can take that with a pinch of salt.
