I have looked at other threads and even searched online, but I still can't get this phone to sync. I have Windows 7 64Bit and have downloaded and installed the latest sync as well as drivers and followed all the instructions I could find and it shows up in devices just fine but still just shows me as disconnected on HTCSync and in the sync settings on the phone. This is getting very annoying. Any help would be appreciated.....

Tried that already still no luck.........Windows installs a driver as soon as I plug in the phone.............

Then you did it wrong.

I'm also running windows 7 64bit and couldn't sync. I followed those directions, and sync'd first time.

Don't plug the phone into your pc until the steps in that link have been completed. Once its all installed, reboot your pc. THEN connect your phone.

uninstall the sync and driver, reboot both the computer and phone, reinstall, make sure you go into settings for the usb debugging checked, and the mount phone in notification. And do not let windows install any drivers for the phone or have the phone connected while installing software

everytime i try to uninstall the HTC Driver, i get a error message and it wont let me uninstall it
