Any idea how strange it is to work a burglary at a Verizon store after reading this thread all this time? All I want to ask is where were any of you Floridians tonight? And no, not that I was looking, I didn't see any nexus stuff. Ok maybe I looked a little...

Just a little......I would have searched the entire stock room for.....um.......perps,yeah perps!

So everyone is talking about the VERIZON release for the SGN. How come nobody is talking about the release for T-mo and ATT? I am with T-mo and I want this phone really bad. Anybody have any info on that?

Sorry if you feel that AT&T and T-Mo aren't getting love, thats not really the case at all. Yes, most of us in here are on Verizon, so that naturally gives us a place to start. The fact that Verizon will be getting first shot with this phone, those on AT&T and T-Mo are also wondering when it will be on verizon because the sooner Big Red releases it, the sooner it will be going to other carriers.

Geez, I don't post for one day and people start falling apart in here, from what I could see reading through to catch up. Glad to see things have finally calmed down in here a bit and folks have stopped badgering the helpful, patient mods. We're all one big community and need to respectfully support each other while having fun and not having long debates about the rules in the forum and how they're enforced. (Speaking of support, I'm sure I echo a lot of people when I say I'm sorry for your loss, Antimony). I hope not to see such behavior in here again. We as a group and how we treat each other are more important than any damned phone. Veteran's Day was the perfect time to appreciate that considering all the people who fought and served so we could enjoy the freedoms we have, including the right to respectfully disagree with one another from time to time or have a choice in something as simple as buying a cell phone. Some countries weren't even allowed to do that until just recently. Stop to remember what's important. And don't let this place become too much an of an obsession over your happiness and loved ones. Let's keep things in perspective and lighthearted.

That being said, my on-topic hope, after this long wait is that the GPS connectivity and radio on the G Nexus aren't crap. I've become very accustomed to excellent signal and voice quality on Motorola devices and would hate to have to return a G Nex for something like that. Obviously, I'll have to try it or see reviews before that is a definite issue, but I know others have complained about such in Samsung devices before.

And, last but not least, good morning everyone and have a good day!

Well, Last night I went and bought a Razr. My OG Droid kept restarting on me everytime I tried to open up Navigation. Went to Best Buy and talked to the lady about their return policy. Within 14 days I can return my phone and still maintain my upgrade and within 30 days I can do an exchange/swap for any other phone. I asked her to be certain and it means that if the SGN comes out in 21 days I can go to any Best Buy and do a straight exchange and not have to pay any additional money.

So far I do like the phone though the size and thinness is something I'm going to have to get used to. I did like the weight of the OG droid - felt solid. Either way, I'm getting the SGN the day it comes out and now that I have a new phone to keep me occupied until its release, I am less anxious about all the rumored dates flying around.

Also, I'm not a fan of all the hate recently towards BMX and P3. A few weeks ago everyone was a lot more of a cohesive group with no animosity and lately everyone is so on edge and upset at a lack of a release date that they are taking it out on each other and on the few people who actually release information on a regular basis - cryptic or poetic, doesn't matter - it is still new information.

Hope everyone has a good weekend. I'll be checking in a few times like usual hoping for any new news or rumors

For those interested, I played with a RAZR again for about 15 minutes and can say, lovely as the screen is, that there is definitely a blue tint noticable, particularly on the home screen. I also got to play with Rezound for a few minutes. Very responsive and loved the LCD screen quality. My rep had the extended battery cover there, too. Although it is shaped nicely and would make the phone feel nice in my hand, I think it makes the size a bit much to carry in a pocket. Rep is a phone fanatic like us and agrees that, much as he likes the Rezound, that battery life would likely be lousy and it'd take ages to get ICS on there thanks to how deeply entrenched Sense 3.5 is. He's looking forward to the Nexus coming in soon, but is keeping his eye on the RAZR. Interestingly, this BJ's location had not received either of the desktop docks not the newer battery charger for it. I saw no G Nex cases either. Told him a lot of us were waiting for a firm G Nex release date. So was he. :)

Wow. Only 37 posts in 8 hours. I'm so glad Modern Warfare 3 came out. Keeping me sane and not on this board nearly as often.

Still clinging to the 17th. :)

Mornin' folks!

I've had a PS3 for over a year and never played with it. Just rented BF3? (latest one) and it's pretty cool. I used to be a PC gamer so I find the joysticks difficult compared to mouse/keyboard. How is MW3? better?
