I had to. My OG droid literally doesn't work anymore.

I rented a razr from best buy (no restocking fee), so I'm just glad to have a working smartphone now.

Of course, there are exceptions, like in your case. My wife's Droid is doing the random calls/txts and hanging up on its own, so I hope hers can survive the wait. I was referring more to those like myself whose phones are functional but having to wait feels unbearable.

The Gmail app is the same across all devices (except for the new version in ICS, which apparently didn't add a zoom in/out feature like I was hoping for).

I know, but anytime I use it, I have to refresh it about 10 times before it gets ALL of the current mail I have. Some times it just shows mail I've already archived from the PC.

He or she has a 1/28 chance to be right by my count, assuming Turkey Day and weekends are out for possible releases. What would actually be valuable, IMO, would be knowing target sales figures in Q4 from Verizon for each of the R phones and then finding out sales to date. I'm probably the only one that believes the explanation from Rob from Verizon is sensible. The target date keeps moving, I truly believe, because sales are lagging a bit. Why on Earth would VZ release a competing product right before the busiest shopping weekend of the year if they haven't hit targets yet? The overwhelming number of people who want the Nexus will buy the Nexus regardless as long as it's released in December.

So, any of you with "sources" out there able to get THAT info?

I think that we're going to be seeing less and less "leaks", judging by all the flaming that's been going on about it recently. Unfortunately if I get more info, I'll probably just PM a couple of people and do it that way.

Count me in too. I like all the info that people have been sharing. Even if it turns out that it was not correct or something has changed I still like hearing it all. Keeps the excitement going!
