hi folks out there, i just bought this phone today and i cant acces the mobile internet, i dont have wi-fi connection, is there anyway to acces the internet pls help me

Hi, i'm new here in forum. just wanted to share some experience.. lately i got same problem regarding with my phone's mobile internet, i also don't have wifi, so i went to the service provider and talk to some customer service there, and they fixed some settings on my phone and then after that, i'm able to use my mobile internet. I just share this thing here and maybe it can help... )

Maybe is because your phone is not compatible with the 3G network of your phone provider.
