Help Can i retrieve text messages from my phone if screen is broken?

I got really mad at this phone earlier this year and threw it, basically the screen is broke and I cant see anything. but it is still functional. I want to know if there is any way of me retrieving the text messages that are still saved on this phone? I have tried using Samsung PC studio 7. but I can't see the screen on my phone to sync it to my computer. Thanks!

if u use Google Voice u can signon online to that and see them. otherwise I think u r SOOL
