I've been using Google Wallet with no issues. I used it to pay 4 or 5 times, added funds twice. Now if I try to add funds, it asks me to verify my info, then it fails. Doesn't say what the actual problem is. Anyone run into this? How did you fix it?

Yeah, it's the prepaid card.

I can't think of what I'd be putting in wrong. :( I've only ever had one address and phone number since I've had this card, so I know they're right. I can call their support, but I know others have been told the Nexus isn't officially supported, so I'm not even sure they'll help me. :(

Did it make you verify your info? The first 3 times I added funds it didn't ask me to verify my info, and worked fine. It's the verification (address, phone number, etc) part that it failing.
Someone else had a similar problem, after 3 times, it asked for their SSN in order to verify their identity. Maybe that is causing your problem.

*grumble* I called the prepaid card number. He said that there was a hold on my account, it looked like to entered the wrong last # for my SSN. He said there was a note on my account with the # to call someone at Google. I tried, and she was gone for the day, so I tried the general Google Wallet number, and got the spiel about how the GNex isn't supported blahblah so he couldn't help me. I'm really pissed at myself if I did just enter the last # wrong, and now I can't get it fixed because no one will help me with it. Tempted to just exchange my phone and get a new one and start over. I'm going to call that person back tomorrow, fingers crossed that she can help me.

He sent me a lovely follow-up email too, sigh.
Hi Carissa,

Thanks for taking the time today to write in about this. Currently, the
only official phone for Google Wallet is the Nexus S 4G on Sprint.

Unauthorized operating systems or rooted devices may have limited or
compromised functionality, even if they're no longer rooted. These device
configurations are not supported by Google Wallet as they may expose
security risks. We strongly discourage use of the Google Wallet app on
such devices.

Thanks again for your time, I hope you have an awesome day.

Cheers,

Added funds again today, it didn't ask for any additional info.

He said it won't ask every time, just sometimes. Basically as long as you never have any issues requiring support you might be ok. My problem is I screwed it up apparently, stupid mistake. but as soon as you need support for anything you're screwed, they're not allowed to help.
