I mean with my TBolt I was able to turn on LTE only and my phone would only search for a LTE signal. It worked great because in my building I get a weak but decent LTE signal but my phone would revert to 3G because that signal was better, but I only want LTE because I watch my slingbox on my phone. On the stock radio I can only pick between 3G or 3G/4G.

I've seen a few other references to folks wanting this and discussing it...most of the references talk about how the API for accomplishing this hasn't yet been revealed (which I'm not sure makes sense...).
Anyway, the other things that I've read is that most solutions are just pointers / shortcuts to the existing settings on the phone:
Thanks. It is what I have now but it does not able me to just turn on LTE. Hopefully I will be able to do this in an update. It was great on the Bolt because my phone would hold a 4G signal while watching youtube or my slingbox at work. My Gnex holds a 4G signal for a few minutes but then just goes back to 3G. My Bolt would do this also but not if I turned on LTE only then it would just hold a 1 bar LTE signal which was enough to hold me over.
