Hey all, so this is my first "smart" phone and I have a question that maybe verizon customer support can fix for me whenever I get to a second phone to call them on (I'm one of the lucky few that can't connect to mobile data network... yay!). However, I would like to ask you guys to see if any of you know.

When I'm on a call and I need to enter in numbers on the keypad, the screen doesn't come back on when I remove it from my ear. In order for me to get the screen on, I either have to press the unlock button on the side, or change the volume. Then when it does come on, it will go black again before I get 4 numbers punched in on the screen. It's very annoying when your password is 4 numbers long and it keeps cutting me off at the third letter and my voicemail lady gets mad at me for not giving her the right password.

I've looked for it on the phone, in the manual, on the internet, and now either one of you or customer support will be able to help me... I'm sure of it! Thanks!

I can't find options for it either. Since I've never seen this happen on my phones it could very well be a sensor issue.
