Hey.. So I realize I am new to all this so forgive me if this is a silly question.. I've already tried searching this topic and have not found anything that I haven't already done. I CAN'T FIND MY MUSIC FILES ON MY TABLET I have a SD card in it, I plug on the USB to my computer, I drag my mp3's into a music folder... And nothing! I tried downloading different Music players, nothing.. Now, this is how I've gottenmusic onto my phone (droid Inc 2) and it has worked... The tablet recognizes my video files through an application called mx video player but nothing on music... What am I doing wrong? I have even tried switching SD cards but got same results! Again, sorry for such a newbish question but I can't figure it out....

Go to market and download an APP called astro file viewer. it will let you view and find any files on the the EVO View

Hey... Thanks that actually did work so maybe you can help me out here.. If I can see it, it's obviously in my SD card.(I found it in a folder named ext_sd) why won't any of the music players recognize them? Does it have something to do with the name of the subfolder.. I have tried moving the files to other folders, for example, a folder that was already named "Music" and still nothing.. I am glad that I've found this app though but I don't understand why I can't use the music player..

Yes I did that.. and stock worked so I check the stock music player again and files were still not listed under albums or songs.. so this must just be a fluke thong with my music player, also keeps force closing. And as far as the files they are in mp3 format so it should show up. So frustrating!!! Thinking about doing a factory reset.. will I be able to update it to HC again if I do decide to do that?

Yes its really bugging me.. I finally found a player that worked though, poweramp player, it actually works well and I really like it.. but I don't see why stock player doesn't work?? I've tried everything including a factory reset.. that was a PITA!! Don't know what I'm doing??!!!!!
