Will 10.1 flash be supported on the droid?

Yes...10.1...When is anyone's guess...Supposedly "First half of 2010"...

**EDIT**

This is New today...Looks like non-Cortex A8's or better...Currently, I believe that is only Droid and Nexus One (may be some others, not sure...

Update: Indeed, PC Magazine points out that Adobe's current verbiage is that Flash 10.1 is going to require Cortex A8 "or better."

From Engadget - Link : http://www.engadget.com/2010/02/09/adobe-flash-10-1-will-require-some-enhancements-to-existing-ve/

According to Adrian Ludwig, group product marketing manager for Flash Platform:
Adobe, Google, and other members of the Open Screen Project are working together to make ensure the full Web experience can be delivered on largest possible number of devices. Support for full Flash Player 10.1 requires some enhancements to existing versions of Android. These enhancements are expected to be available as an upgrade to existing devices and for new devices starting in Q2 2010.

The quote they are all sourcing is some guy posting on an adobe forum....

I mean it could be possible (heck, I could believe it), but man, the journalistic integrity these days has gone out the window. Oh, I see this is gizmodo's doing. How shocking....

It is interesting though. He also said this "All Android devices that meet our minimum s/w and h/w requirements will be supported. "

I went digging through the Flash 10.1 Mobile pages and articles on Adobe's site, and found that same statement almost verbatum.
