Behold 2 Battery Problems

I've been having problems with battery life on my Behold 2. After flashing back to stock BH2 using Odin, the chargers (both the PC-USB plug and the electrical outlet chargers) don't seem to be charging my phone at all. I bought a second battery just in case my original battery had some problems. The same problem is still there. Does anyone have any advice?

Yes, I get the Windows notification and the phone notification about a charger being plugged in.

The problems I'm facing:
1. The battery meter goes back to 0% every time I unplug the charger (when the phone is turned on)

2. When I try to charge the phone when its turned off, the phone states that its battery is fully charged.

3. Charging the battery for a long period of time (10 hours+) have no effect. The battery meter goes back to 0% every time I use the phone without the charger being plugged to the phone.

That sounds like a crazy issue. The only thing I can think of is a possible software glitch where the phone is having trouble communicating with the battery's actual status, and then relaying that info to you.

I know you had it rooted and then used odin to get back to stock, so you probably did this, but have you tried a factory reset? If so, possibly try one more time? Maybe you've done this multiple times, but it's the only thing I can think of aside from telling TMobile to send you a new one due to manufacturer defects. :(

It's a Hardware Issue. Either a Pin has Burnt internally that connects to the Battery, or it's more major.

Either way, warranty will be needed for a replacement :(

Is there a thread that explains the necessary precautions I can take to reassure my battery is running at it's best? I have seen a lot of posts about batteries lasting over 24 hours which is outstanding. One thing that really bums me out is that my phone will last an average of 10 hours which is ok for me but the screen is only on 34% brightness =( Also have wifi and gps off...

I have bh_man 1.6 no twiz kernel. I drained the battery and refilled and also use battery widget. What else can I do? I wish there was an "automatic sleep button" or something that will automatically put your phone in proper sleep mode. I still can't tell if my phone is sleeping correctly. I turned the phone off, took the battery out and turned it on. Once on I let the phone time out on it's own and tried pressing menu to see if the screen would open but it didn't. However after using it all day and following this method it said my phone's battery used standby 59%, phone idle 23%, display 8%, voice call 4%, etc etc.

This seems like my phone is not sleeping much, I don't know I am so confused. Someone please enlighten me :/

looks like your phone is sleeping ok after reboot; ensure that you do not have 'wireless location' turned on, this is the culprit that makes the phone not able to sleep properly, does not matter if your gps or wifi is on (my phone can still sleep properly with wifi and gps on, just that it cant connect back to default wireless network after waking up, which is a known samsung bug).

with 'wireless location' turned on and wifi never been used, the phone can sleep properly (that is why it sleeps after you rebooted the phone, unless you set wifi to on permanently), but once you have used wifi, even turning wireless location off after using, the phone will still not sleep.

if your phone is sleeping when not in used, there is nothing much you can do abt battery life other than hanging in and hoping that it gets calibrated with a few more cycles or getting another battery.
