Help Pandora sucks? And a battery question

I have Verizon and it takes a while for Pandora to start up or change stations, and sometimes it will just stop. Do you think this is because of my service? I usually have decent service and this still happens. Also, should Pandora and average phone use take up almost all of my battery life before the day is even over? Thanks for all the help!

If I were you, I would try to clear Cache and Data. Or do that followed by an uninstall -> Install. You should not have those playing issues. As far as battery life goes, if you play Pandora literally all day, then yes, your phone will die. I can't play music off my SD card all day without that issue. Now add data streaming to the equation...

I use Pandora quite a lot over 3g as well as wifi and I don't think it uses a disproportionate amount of battery. If you use it a lot it will of course use more of your juice, it is using your radio.
I find that if your screen isn't on while it is running your battery will last much much longer.

The screen is the biggest drain on the battery. Make sure that's turning off. And install Juice Defender - even the free version will show you an improvement over stock.

But, I have to agree with an earlier poster - running Pandora all day over 3g would definitely run my battery down. If you run Juice Defender and keep your WiFi on, it will toggle to WiFi when you're in a WiFi area, saving battery (WiFi uses less juice than 3g).
