Help I need help, my phone will not pick up a signal

Hey everybody,
Out of nowhere my phone decided to randomly shut itself off, and when it powered back on my phone hasn't had a signal since. I've tried to reactivate it hoping that would do something, but whenever it tries to connect the signal drops and whenever I try to call 611 my phone says that the mobile network isnt available. Please help?

Have you considered altering your PRL settings back to the value originally there?

Hi,
Out of frustration i just took my phone and set it back to factory settings, so im assuming the prl settings are back to default, and i still dont have any service.

If I'm not mistaken, PRL lists are programmed into the phone and doing a factory reset or installing custom ROMs don't change or update them. I think that will have to be done manually but I'm not sure how to go about it. I've only done the *228 update once.
