Hey I am new here. So I just switched from Iphone 3GS to the Samsung Galaxy S2 LTE from Rogers. Everything is working fine except for 1 very odd thing that is happening. The first day I got the phone, my mom sends me a text message and it goes to my Samsung phone. I replied, and when she answered back to me, the response went to my iphone and not my galaxy. There is no sim card in my iphone at that time, or even now. I thought it might be because it was connected to wifi. So I turned off the wifi on my iphone and turned it off. I am still not able to recieve text messages from my mom on her iphone. However, I am able to receive text messages from all my other contacts, even people that have iphones. Anyone run into this issue before or know how to fix it or even what caused it? I will be calling my service provider tomorrow, but was hoping to get it fixed asap.

Thanks in advance

Hello ApXWingman, and welcome to the forums.

It sounds to me like it could be one of two things, the first being a needed visit or phone call to Rogers to explain the issue and have them fix it at their end.

The second being a needed cache and data clearing on your texting app, then reboot. ;)
