Anyone else got a 2800mAh? Mine is treating me wonderfully. I've never run out of charge when I needed it (UNLIKE WITH THE PATHETIC 1400mAh that this superphone shipped with!). It does make the phone physically larger and it doesn't look as good but in my opinion it feels better in my hand. It's less slippery and its STRONG AND RUGGED. I think the case is a lot bigger than it needs to be though. I've had it for over a week now so it's been through the cycles and reached maximum capacity. It means I can use my phone on a long journey without the worry of the red blinks.

Why haven't you got one yet, punk?

Sent mine back today. Tried it with the Google dock (without the back) and it wouldn't stay on. The dock is more important to me. That and the back seemed not to fit well at all. Poor design. The thickness did not bother me at all, but it changed the look and feel of the phone for the worse.

As for the poll, well, who in the world would vote no? What do you expect the results to show?

Yes its the only site. What's wrong with the camera area?

I'd rather just buy a second battery, which Google has started selling for $25. I love the form factor of the phone and wouldn't change that for anything. That's the same reason I don't put it in any case other than the pouch it came with.
So you'd prefer a phone with a nice form factor over a phone that turned on (ie that hadn't run out of charge)?

Good job putting words in my mouth. (EDIT...he added the stuff in parantheses after I had responded...the original message said "So you'd prefer a phone with a nice form factor over a phone that turned on" and nothing else, thus my rather harsh response)

First of all, my battery has lasted me all day, every day since I got it.

With that said, I'd much rather carry a spare charged battery and pop it in my phone in the UNUSUAL case that I use up all my battery, over putting some ass ugly cover on the back of my phone and making it look like garbage.

Does that answer your question douche?

I would say yes to that question. Pop in the charged battery. 1 minute down time? Beats the pure ugly and poor form factor of the 2800.

Couldn't agree more!

And I love how loaded the poll question is at the top. No one would answer "No" unless they actually understood the question!

The answers should read..

Choice 1: Yes, I want to buy an enlarged battery and am OK with my phone looking stupid, which begs the question of why I bought such a slim stylish phone in the first place.

Choice 2: No, I like how sleek and sexy my phone is and prefer it that way, and can deal with charging on the go and/or carrying a spare battery.

I never claimed that a larger battery would be good for everyone. I use my phone often and with the original battery it ran out of charge regularly, essentially leaving me without a phone for hours at a time when I needed it most. I would recommend it to people who find their phone running out of charge often.

With that said, I'd much rather carry a spare charged battery and pop it in my phone in the UNUSUAL case that I use up all my battery, over putting some ass ugly cover on the back of my phone and making it look like garbage.
Carrying around a spare battery sounds like a great idea, but in reality it would be a PITA. You would have to keep track of how much charge the spare battery had. When charging, you'd have to wait until it was full of charge and then swap the battery. It would be too much fuss. I'd like to hear the opinion of someone who has a spare battery.
