Root Sensation Bootloop & Recovery Issues

I'm new to the whole overly complexed and unnecessary HTC unlocking/rooting process. So I figured I would probably come across some minor issues. But this is driving me absolutely insane.

I flashed over the PG158.IMG and it updated and prompted to turn off, afterwards everything went wrong. It started doing random boot loop for no reason and I don't know how to fix it. First problem.

Secondly, I can't access recovery, I can get the the HBOOT and everything but when I go down and select recovery, it goes to the HTC screen and then goes into a screen with the downloading package that is green, then it turns red with an error. IDK, I feel this isn't a common probably but hopefully someone knows a fix to this. I just had this one replaced due to me BRICKING a previous one.

I need help.

It looks like you just never flashed a recovery img from fastboot, or otherwise.

what was the PG58IMG that you flashed?

does the phone boot normally?

i assume you are s-off?

Yes, my phone is S-OFF.
And I can't remember which PG58IMG I flashed.
It was the one for T-Mobile US Sensation 3.32 or something like that.
I'm guessing I didn't flash it correctly but I'm not sure.

prolly first thing i would do is verify the md5 of your PG58IMG download. hopefully wherever you got it from listed the md5 so you could be sure to get good download.

anotehr option is to donwload and flash .exe RUU from footballs folder:
