Turn around...
Ok, this post might be a little long but please, bear with me, I'm that excited :D! I've been attempting to use my tab as a gaming station ever since I got the HDTV adaptor, I was able to download several emulators (NES emu, GENoid, SNESoid, FPse and, Mupen 64) and having the ability to play on my flatscreen all of the old school games I grew up with was awesome...initially.

The wackest part was using the tablet as a "controller," that is, I had to rely on the onscreen tablet controls while looking at my TV. Kinda cumbersome since 10.1" makes controlling a video game a little hard. I eventually downloaded BT Controller and installed it on my tablet and my phone: That gave me the ability to use my HTC Evo 4G as a controller. A lot more easier than holding on to the tablet while it being connected to my HDTV.

The only downfall? BT Controller has its buttons on screen so my fingers would eventually start missing and simple actions like making Mario jump and run became frustrating! I started doing research and found that there are a lot of different video game controllers that are compatible with Android tablets. BUT most, if not all, required a USB port! Well, unfortunately, none of these controller work with the SGT 10.1 even if you have the USB adaptor:mad:!

So, I almost gave up and I was ready to root my tablet in order to use the app Sixaxis, until I went to the local mall. Being a gamer, I stepped into GameStop and, since they now sell Android tablets, I told the manager my issue and he introduced me to the answer.

Enter the GameStop Bluetooth Wireless Controller!!!! I was a little hesitant since the manager wasn't too sure if it would work on an Android tablet that wasn't purchased at a GameStop. I bought it anyways, what could I lose? I took it home, charged it, read the instructions and BAM! I was playing ALL of my emu games on my tablet from across the room via the wireless controller on my flatscreen! A-MAZE-ING!

I know have a kick-ass gaming station in my SGT 10.1 and I couldn't me more happier with my tab. I wanted to post this because I think it shows the flexibility of Android Tablets - my cousin who happens to be an Apple fanboi - came to my house and when he saw how easy it was to set up and how responsive the controller was, he immediately started searching on his phone to see how his iPad could do the same thing...I'm still waiting for a response as to whether or not he's succeeded !

So, FYI guys: if you want a great way to play all of the old school classic video games from Sega, NES, SNES, Nintendo 64 and PlayStation 1, go to GameStop and get this controller, YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!
