there is no guides in the link about connecting to phone and managing the files in phone , the explanations are not clear
it's driving me crazy,Please help me :(

This is what I need to learn : I have a T-mobile G1 (HTC Dream) and I want to manage and transfer the applications and files between my computer and my phone and backward (Please Step By Step)

You mean I can't install applications on my phone ?
for example , I want to install a dictionary on my G1 , not possible ? no way ?

Your posts are a bit confusing ...

1.) Are you not able to install apps from the Market ?

2.) Are you developing apps with SDK & Eclipse and dont uderstand how to use those development tools ?

3.) Do you program in java ?

4.) Have you used the data cable to move files to and from phone & computer ?

5.) Is your phone rooted so that you would have access to the phone's internal files and folders ?

PS :: in the Market do a search for "wordnet" .. there is a great Advanced Dictionary & Thesaurs there ..

1) Yes I'm able , and there is no problem with android market

2) Yes I want to use The SDK and Eclipse , but I don't know how,And please tell me all the function of the SDK and Eclipse and their relation to G1

3) I do not know programming with JAVA

4) Yes I have , I can use it and transfer the files such as : Music and Picture , But I don't know how I can transfer and watch the videos on my phone and what place should I copy my videos on Memory Card ? , and what video formats are accepted for G1 ?

5) When I plug in my USB port from computer to my phone , a removable disk appears that is my Memory Card (The External Memory SD) , but the Internal Memory Disk does not appear , therefore I cannot see the files on my Internal Memory (I mean the files available from factory e.g : default wallpapers on phone)

All I want to do is to transfer applications or games or everything downloaded from the internet on my PC (from my computer to phone) and install them on my G1 , not using android market , Is it possible that I download an application from internet on my PC and transfer it from USB to my G1 and install it then use it ? This was I meant all the time
dictionary was just an example :p
I hope the explanations are clear this time :D

Thank you for helping
Regards

1) cool...

2) go here there are guides on how to install on both windows and linux : How To Guides - GetYourDroidOn

3) Android is actually a combination of XML and JAVA

4)You need to convert your videos to H263,H263+,H264 in other words MPEG4 or 3GP and just put it anywhere on your sd... make a new folder if you'd like...

5) to transfer any files and access your phones sd from the computer when you plug your phone in and see the sd card icon appear pull down the notification bar select it... It will prompt you with an option to mount or not... select mount once the sd card is mounted you should be able to access it from your computer...

2) This page does not load , But I'll try again later

4) The format of my videos are 3gp,and I copy them in a folder named "video" in External Memory SD , but there is no place to see the videos and watch them in my phone WHERE ?, I think there is many differences between the version of my T-mobile G1 OS (Operating System) and yours
And I still do not know what I should do with these fatal problems

5) Yes I know it , and I do what you told , I plug my USB into my phone and there is an option to mount in Notification , I press that then a removable disk appears , The disk that appears is related to External Memory SD , not Internal Memory
I already told I want to access to my Internal Memory
I do not have any problems in access of my External Memory SD

You will need root access to have access to you internal files and folders ...
