Phone Fusion Plus

Most apps I had and that are not in the 2.1 market, I found online. Google the app, and then find out where you can download it, then do so with your phone. For instance: ChompSMS

Question: What is Phone Fusion?

i looked all over web site never found the market app/ only the apps for the pc itself. please post link

Fusion Voicemail Plus - Visual Voicemail for iPhone, Blackberry, Android and Windows Mobile
if you go the link form your pc it wants to install computer software

Heres the catch - you must go to the link from your phone, click the download button, it will make you click it a second time that takes you to the app in the store..... I installed this, and when it recognized my OS as 2.1 it then said I need to download an update for it to work on 2.1, which i did (update is not a market app)...from there it when in to the setup stage..

I just discontinued my google voice - my voicemails forwarded to my google voice cost me airtime charges - and I would like something else. Does this use your minutes?

Also, at one point I had the eris (switched to Droid) and the visual voicemail on the phone would only play over the speakerphone. Is this the same app, because I like more privacy when I listen to my voicemails.

I think, if you have above a certain plan, you get 10 numbers that you can manage that you don't get charged for. If you have that plan, try putting your GV # in there...

I only have 450 minutes, which does not allow for Friends and Family if you could use the Google Voice number. I dropped my monthly minutes to pay for the data service and still keep my bill about the same. I didn't realize the forwarded calls to google voice would use my minutes and I would be charged for the calls. I am sure it says this in the fine print somewhere - I just missed it. Believe me, my $120 bill opened my eyes. I was doing fine with the 450 minutes until I switched to google voice. Lesson learned I guess.

I just looked further into the fusion plus and it also forwards to the fusion number, meaning I will be charged minutes by Verizon for the call being forwarded to the voicemail. I have read that Verizon charges double minutes for forwarded calls to third party numbers.

Does the Visual voicemail that comes on the droid do this? Also, does anyone know if it still plays your voicemail only over the speakerphone?
