They are also a lot of Android pros but hey, that's why we got it!
Ton of hardware pros.

And the pros are compared to my (non jailbroken) 3G that I gave up.

All pros - You can get the cons from other sources. IMO, yes there are cons - but what phone doesn't have any?!?!

Pros:
Removable Battery
Additional touch pad on back of phone
Compass
90 degree clock and display mode
Very usable keyboard
Price - $100 after rebate
Expandable. I have a 16GB class 6 sd card now - up to 32GB
Internal speaker kicks butt
Responsive touch screen - no lag here
Background apps and notifications
5MP camera with video and LED flash
Widgets. No need to launch an app to figure out what's going on
Unified contact info from multiple social net sites
Decent app store and growing
No DRM on music or need for iTunes to manage library
Micro USB - no propriety charging or syncing cable needed
Restoring phone from Motoblur
I can get shell access to the phone
SDK runs on Linux (or those other two OSes).

I'm sure i'll think of more right after I hit Submit. Add yours to the thread.

Granted the processor could be better, I have had no speed complaints. It has run very smoothly for me. Everyone kept saying before it came out, how slow it was going to be. It might not exactly beat a droid, but compared to my boss's at work, I don't feel a difference.

Glad to see that someone else is actually liking the Motoblur. Granted it could use more R&D or some extra features, but they could always add those with an update. I don't mind if it 2.1 doesn't come out right away. I am enjoying the phone a whole lot. Just wishing it was more free or unlocked. Hopefully either motorola, google, or AT&T hears out complaints. (doubt it'll be AT&T).

I agree on the device speed; I have been able to keep with with my friends Droid, PLUS (and a big plus) my data speed is 50-150% faster the his. In fact unless someone has a rooted/unlocked phone, this is bay far the fastest android phone when it comes to data.
