Galaxy Nexus Watering Hole

Well, I don't think I'll make it down to the Nat'l Mall, but I'll at least get outside the apartment to see if I can spot the Space Shuttle. Should be around 10am this morning. I think they're supposed to fly as low as 1500 ft downtown so hopefully I have a good shot. For those who are bored, here's a feed to Dulles Airport. It should land ~10:45 est.

Okay, that picture gave me a woody. BTW, the little bitty chase plane in the lower right hand corner of the picture? That's a T-38 Talon and I used to fly those. Talk about a hot-rod sports car of the sky! It could go supersonic and roll 720 degrees per second.

Not a nightmare at all. Sad perhaps, but I'd give my last testicle to see that. (Oops, was that TMI?) ;)

It was really great to see how many people turned out in the city. They closed down a couple bridges and traffic nearly came to a stand still for 20min.
Also cool that the pilots went more than 20min late so they could do a few extra flybys for all the folks. :D

Morning all and happy Wednesday / hump day! I got Appcelerator running last night and hahve started my iOS programming of my Weight Watchers app. Tons to learn but hoping to have it up and submitted in the next few weeks just to gauge interest. I hope it has the same interest as my Android app due to its simplicity, but we will see. Looking at iOS gave me some great ideas for my Android app as well so hopefully good things come to both of the apps!

Its really evil to put a gym right by a Nabisco factory. All I smell is cookies

You live up by the Nabisco factory? Hah I know exactly where that is.
