A matter of personal preference. I use and like Beautiful Widgets. It has a nice weather and clock widget that you can skin to basically anything that you want. Very customizeable.
For an iphone-like clock, I use Digi Clock Widget. You can customize the look, size, font, etc. Also, can set widget so that tapping on the clock can open up any app -- such as alarm.
I second HTTR. I love the way Beautiful Widgets uses the weather background behind the digital clock. The clouds blowing left to right, changing to whatever weather pattern change is happening at the time. Rain, snow, or bright sunshine. Changes to nighttime screen with stars twinkling with a clear sky and bright moon. Absolutely perfect.
Use the sense flip clock and weather widget.
It looks like the HTC clocks, which in my personal opinion look the best, and are easy to read. The widget also has weather, and your current location.

Just for kicks... I don't understand the whole clock thing to begin with. I know it's like the android thang... but why do you need two clocks on your screen? Unless you root, you can't make the time on the nav bar go away... is that too small or something? Seems like a waste of valuable home screen space to put a second clock. Am I alone on this?

I was spoiled by the HTC clock on my last two Windows Mobile phones. Then when I got the HTC Eris and Incredible the spoiling continued. I really like being able to have a big clock with the weather on it. Fancy Widgets even gives the option of having the weather animation on the home screen like the the HTC phones I had. However, I agree with you on the standard widget taking up to much space in the standard 4 x 2 configuration. I use the 4 x 1 so I get more space for other widgets.
By the way ... it is good to see your posts again. It seems like forever we were conversing on Windows Mobile issues.

I agree, it's a neusance but I'm also used to you, looking at me very loud and pretty, funny thing is, even with the big 4 x 2 widget time looking right at me, I still look in the upper right corner for the time and only use the weather inside the big widget for most of the time!
For me it's like having two audio volume knobs, one on the dash and one on the steering wheel, I only use the steering wheel one with my thumb but the one on the dash (head unit) just looks pretty.
