Canadians make a racket about mysterious 'hum' coming from US side of border | Fox News
"Locals have said it sounds like a large diesel truck idling, a loud boom box or the bass vocals of Barry White."
LOL
The so-called Windsor hum, described as a low-frequency rumbling sound, has rattled windows and knocked objects off shelves in this border community just across the Detroit River from the Motor City.
WOWZA...I have no words for their utter stupidity.
Let's just say it was absolute grounds for firing.
Fortunately, my bosses (and lovely wife) are really supportive.
For anyone out there that needs to pull an apk from your gnex to side load to another device, I figured out how to do it. Basically, Siruius xm just released a new apk (first one in forever) but their supported device list is very small. It works flawlessly on the gnex and I wanted to put it on my Asus Transformer running ICS. To do so, I downloaded a free app called File Expert. Then I clicked on the app tab in File Expert and checked the box next to the app that I wanted to save the apk for. It then backed up the apk to / mnt/sdcard/backup_apps. I was able to then email it to myself and open it on the other device. Now we can listen to XM on the tablet as well. This might also be a good solution for when you do not want to upgrade an app, you could save the apk file of the app you are currently using, then allow it to update. If you don't like it, you just re-install the old version. Maybe this can be done with Titanium, I tried, but was not able to figure it out. It did not show it backed up as an apk. File Expert worked great, I can think of a lot of reasons you might want to save an apk file.

Morning everyone!
Got into some big trouble at work yesterday; can't really go into it but let's just say it was a crap day. Well, I have today off so at least I'll be able to relax. It's supposed to be pretty rainy all day so maybe I'll do some apartment cleaning. Lord knows it needs it.
