Well if so my apologies, but I guess we shall see. There will definitely be tons of pictures popping up today and most Android/Tech blogs will have Galaxy Nexus side-by-side comparisons or at least I hope they would.

I'd love to see the same shot side by side from both cameras.

Does anyone know of an app that will backup and restore HD pics to your contacts? I flash roms like crazy and the biggest drag is going in and manually editing each frakking photo.

Haxsync won't work because I don't have facebook.

SVT, interesting. Well Engadget compared this sensor to the one in the iPhone 4/4S which is good news because those pictures are really nice.

Its new 1.4um CMOS shown above features backside illumination (BSI) technology for better quality in low light -- just like the iPhone 4/4S camera and HTC's just-announced ImageChip -- as well as the promise of zero shutter lag and 30fps 1080p video all while using less power than previous generations.

Han, do you use Facebook? If so give HaxSync a try - that's what I use and it gets most of the photos to my contacts in high quality.

My other guess is syncing the contact pictures back to Google+ or something since I believe it does though, but there were rumors of GMail being the service that drops them back to low quality or something like that.
