hii I have huawei 8180 and I use it as a usb modem with my labtop and the battery always charging did this had an impact with the battery life?

To a point it would. Every battery has a shelf life so to speak. You could try to unplug it occasionally just to let the battery build some stats. But then again I'm sure it drains quickly using it as a USB modem.
