Root Battery not fully charging

Searched for a couple days and found a lot of threads with no solution. I have both a standard and extended battery in my year old TB. Standard is original battery and the extended is 10 months old. So battery age is number one concern to me but the phone does the same thing either battery.

Running Liquid 3.1, 3.2 to a shit twice on me. Tried to calibrate the battery (extended) by running it dead and charging off and wiping stats for 2 days now, only getting to 91 percent. I think the standard bettery is dust, it died in less than 3 hours downloading angry birds space on 3g and playing it a little.

So throw a battery at it then? Thinking this one seidioonline.com 70 bucks is a lot to throw at it though if its another issue.

I'm STILL looking for the answer to this issue. Hubby's phone randomly started doing this same thing. We thought he messed it up by wiping his battery stats without the battery being fully charged, but no matter how many times we've reflashed, wiped, charged, turned off.. his phone WILL NOT charge past 89%. Charged my battery to 100% and put it in his phone (we both have Bolts) and it showed full finally, but as soon as he charged it the next time it stuck at 89%. The light never goes green, even if he shuts it off.
Bought two Rezound batteries thinking maybe a different battery would help. No luck. I can charge them to 100 but his phone still sticks at 89%.
Did you find a way to fix it??

Same thing on my Galaxy Nexus. Randomly started doing this. 89% ... then 84% only, then even while plugged in the charger says Not Charging.

Dunno what the hell is wrong with it. Has anyone found any solution yet?

Sorry to revive a dead thread probably....
