Touch screen edges unresponsive

Hello,

I got my first android based device (the MyTouch) this week, and I'm very pleased with it so far.

The only issue that I'm having is with the on screen keyboard, and the edges of the screen. It seems like it will not register my input for the keys on the very edge of the screen. For example, in the vertical layout that is the "p" and "DEL" keys on the right side of the screen. The "L" key (which is slightly indented on the right side) has no problems.

I haven't really had an issue with accuracy on any of the "non edge" keys. In order to hit the p, I actually have to hit the space between "o" and "p". The problem is that sometimes it highlights "o" and sometimes "p". Making accuracy problematic.

Is this something that others are experiencing, or is this a hardware issue with my phone?

I'm totally sold on this phone, otherwise.

Thanks!

I thought i recall hearing someone talking about a calibration feature ! Have you check the "Menu" or Settings to see if there is a calibration feature?
